Your package
The Starter Pack costs €299 and includes 3 TikTok Shop UGC videos from 3 vetted European creators. Custom packages are agreed separately before work begins.
Payment
We invoice via PayPal, payable by card or PayPal. Payment is due within 7 days of the invoice.
Products and brief
The brand ships products to the creators and covers shipping costs. Supply a clear brief and accurate product information, including any restrictions on claims. Products are free for creators to keep unless the gig says otherwise.
Delivery
We aim to deliver within approximately 14 days of products arriving with the creators. This timeline depends on product arrival and timely feedback; revisions or delayed feedback may extend it.
Revisions
Your package includes 1 round of revisions to bring the videos in line with the agreed brief. Changes to the brief or additional revisions must be agreed separately.
Your usage licence
Creators keep ownership of their videos. The package includes a licence for Reelvora and your brand to use approved videos for organic posting and paid ads, including Spark Ads, for 12 months from approval. This is not a transfer of ownership.
Refunds
Refunds are available only if Reelvora fails to deliver the agreed videos.
